FRASCO Advanced Technology Private Limited (FRASCO-AT) is a Japan-based company with over 50 years of legacy through our parent company, FRASCO Co. Limited, a leader in precision machining and manufacturing. We began our Indian operations at Techno Park, Trivandrum, in May 2014 and officially registered the company in September 2014. To support future growth, we relocated our headquarters to Kochi in 2016.
In 2017, we launched our first Indian manufacturing unit in Eloor, Ernakulam, near the Edayar industrial area. This 3000 sq. ft facility is equipped with advanced CNC and conventional machinery, allowing us to deliver high-precision, high-quality products that meet the diverse needs of our customers. Our manufacturing division specializes in precision components, custom machine parts, and complex assemblies, serving industries that demand the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. With a skilled team and state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure every product reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Alongside our manufacturing expertise, we are actively expanding our footprint in software solutions. Our software division is focused on creating intelligent, custom-built applications to streamline operations, enhance workflow efficiency, and support digital transformation. FRASCO-AT is an expert, in machining of “Hard-to-Cut” materials such as Tungsten, Zirconium, Titanium, High Nickel, Molybdenum, etc.
We are using very innovative machining technology and computerised manufacturing system with most modern software tools.
The software’s we using for manufacturing process are C & G CAM – for 2D, 3D and 5 axis machining, GO2 CAM V6 – for 5 axis mill turn and Solid cam for 2D & 3D machining
